Demitris Ogbogu is excellent

I asked Demitris to find a tenant for our property in Kentish town. It's a beautiful 2 bed flat, though slightly quirky as the second bedroom is more of a study - hence finding a tenant and making sure they understand precisely what it is takes more work and thought than normal. Demitris was excellent - he worked tirelessly and effectively throughout the whole process, giving us good local insights such as advising us about other flats coming on to the market, where and for what price so we could adjust ours accordingly. He was always polite, charming and helpful and knew the area well - and was also honest with us the whole time, so we really felt that we could trust him. We recommend him highly!
