This is the first property I've sold and so a lot of the process was very new to me, but Martin gave me confidence that my property was in the right hands and carefully guided me through the process. I was pleased and impressed with the number of viewings Martin arranged, especially at a quiet time of year for house buying and am pleased with the offer we ended up accepting.
