Martyn Gerrard saved the day! After failing to sell my property with another agent, I called in Martin Gerrard whom I had previously bought my house from. I was assigned Jason Ramsey who was nothing short of excellent. Jason was always on hand to give feedback in a measured and meaningful way. There were a number of technicalities to deal with on my sale as well as lots hand-holding for my first time buyers - this gave Jason the perfect opportunity to shine. He was un-phased by the technical issues and managed my nervous (and disorganised) purchasers through the process. I'think it's safe to say that we wouldn't have got there without Jason.
