They had the local knowledge to price my property realistically and knew the market well. The team are very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and great at keeping you informed throughout the process. They are easily contactable and accessible which is so important and always got back to you when they said they would. They are also pro-active and pushed things forward with my sale when the process could have easily stalled. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Martyn Gerrard to others. Selling your property is a really stressful period and without these agents on board I doubt the various hurdles would actually have been overcome.
