Christian went above and beyond our expectations of an agent!

After having some issues with our landlord in our private rental property, my parter and i decided to look for a new place through an agent that offered a clean environment, privacy and professionalism. After organising a viewing through Martyn Gerrard, we were greeted at the property by Christian who gave a first impression of someone who is friendly, informative and professional. We then were away for the next week on a business trip, during which time he was in contact with us via email and managed to help us to secure our new place in the short time we had before we had to leave our current accomodation. When we got back we called into his office unexpectedly and although he was at another viewing at the time, his colleage Dimitris was more than happy to assist us. After collecting the keys, we discovered there was an issue with the copy that had been cut for us, however this was resolved within a matter of hours when Christian personally delivered a new working set to our front door. All in all, we are extremely happy with the service that has been provided to us and would highly recommend Martyn Gerrard to anyone looking for a new rental property, due to the exceptional standard of service we received which made moving house so much easier and stress-free.
