I cannot recommend Belvoir, and in particular Joanne, enough! Within less than 48 hours, Joanne found tenants for my rental property and has been so very professional and efficient. It is rare to find somebody proficient like Joanne, she has provided first class service throughout. I am a Landlord who will be purchasing further properties and I will not be using any other agent apart from Belvoir, and Joanne. I am also aware the tenants are very impressed with Joanne and so she has been brilliant for both parties, again, something that is not common.
