Thank you for your feedback. As per any end of tenancy, the tenants have the option to dispute our findings with an independent adjudicator via the tenancy deposit scheme where the deposit is held. On first contact with the tenants, no dispute has been raised and works have been agreed. If they wish to discuss this further please call the office on 01536 415415.
