Belvoir found a tenant for me

Belvoir found a tenant for me the day I put the house on the market with them, as a first time landlord they were helpful and professional, keeping me up to date with what was happening. Their rates are reasonable and I feel comfortable leaving the property in their hands to manage. The inventory was thoroughly prepared and the paperwork easy to understand & clear. Vicky was very dynamic in marketing the house and did not remove it from rightmove until the deposit had been paid which was reassuring. The tenant moved in smoothly and hopefully the tenancy will continue to be hassle free. I would definitely use Belvoir again.
