She was so assiduous in her service provision throughout the letting process and so scrupulous in giving attention to minute details. I am really impressed with the level of service she provided. Gemma at Belvoir was very helpful at the beginning of the process as it was a long time since I have bought a house. I am not sure of the guy who was great during the bidding stage but extremely supportive as I am single. Then things got rather heated towards the end thanks to my purchasers and Bobby really helped the get the deal sealed even on completion day telling me 2 hours before my solicitor I had completed and could collect the key.
