I've been renting houses for over 15 years and have been with my current agent for the last 7 years. I approached Revoir after my agent let me down for the thirst time and I am sick odd the excuses. Everyone in the office ( all female) were friendly helpful and informative. I must have asked 30 questions one after the other and was very impressed. My house isaalready let and I only put it with them Monday. I am now in the process of handing all of my properties to them.

Belvoir found a tenant for me the day I put the house on the market with them, as a first time landlord they were helpful and professional, keeping me up to date with what was happening. Their rates are reasonable and I feel comfortable leaving the property in their hands to manage. The inventory was thoroughly prepared and the paperwork easy to understand & clear. Vicky was very dynamic in marketing the house and did not remove it from rightmove until the deposit had been paid which was reassuring. The tenant moved in smoothly and hopefully the tenancy will continue to be hassle free. I would definitely use Belvoir again.
