Do not use them is my advise Terrible. You complain about an issue. They note it once. And then never again as if they fixed your issue or blame the property owner that something hasn't been dealt with They left us for 5 months without a safe bathroom Pointless using my real name because they deny everything anyway.
Really bad experience with these the staff members are not understanding nor very caring I made a mistake with the company and had some choices words regarding another company who's let us down went to apologise and was rudely told not to contact them again in regards to rents again shocking
Poor customer service skills. Made aware of how disgusting our rented property was, and nothing was done about it, not even an apology, even after sending photos of mouldy fridge and broken toilet seat. Could go on.
Poor customer service skills. Ignored a number of emails. Rubbish at following up on things. Didnt do anything, let alone apologise for the way we received our rental property, black mould in fridge and washing machine, broken toilet, heavily stained carpets, broken cutlery and bottle caps in drawers, could go on. Then 46 days to finally get our deposit back! Had the cheek to charge us for things after the way we were given it!
ABSOLUTE COWBOYS...THEY INVENT ISSUES TO HOLD BACK MONEY FROM THE DEPOSIT AND UNABLE TO PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF SAID ISSUES..AVOID AVOID AVOID
Having waited over 3 weeks for our deposit back when in the contracts it says 10 days. In my eyes that's a breech of contracts and then charging a £60 check out fee and when I phone they say it's in the contract abit cheeky I think when belvoir have already breech this contract.
