We have recently sold our property through Henderson Connellan. Having already found a new property, we needed a quick sale to proceed and James and Daniel did not disappoint, securing a buyer at 98.5% of asking price within FOUR days of marketing. But as anyone who has sold a property will know, finding the buyer is just the start. James and Amy were utterly fantastic throughout - we had some wobbles with a couple of issues with our property but their knowledge, expertise and calmness ensured we kept the sale together and moved along the process at the pace we needed. Communication is everything when selling or buying a home and this is where they really surpassed all expectations - James made calls outside of office hours and even shortly after being unfortunate enough to be in a car accident.
