Had a house viewing Saturday and i was interested so was advised I'd receive a call on monday morning, received nothing so i called them and was advised to wait, tuesday comes and still nothing so i emailed and was again told to wait. I then see the house is SOLD STC. So called again to find out what's going on and am told some nonsense about it wasn't them who would be calling me it would be the financial team, but they are unsure if they have even given them my details. Terrible service, Can't ever get a straight answer and have just been fobbed off.
