I would highly recommend CJ Hole Kingswood for the sale of your house. From our first encounter with CJ hole at valuation, through to the viewings and then sales progression the team were all fantastic. We had our house valued at the end of September and we're in our new house by early Feb and this largely goes down to Kerry in the sales progression team. We had fairly unresponsive estate agents on our purchase side, and kerry helped us moved the other estate agents along to ensure a quick turnaround as both us and our buyer were up against stamp duty increases and wanted to complete ASAP. A huge thank you to all the team involved and would really recommend CJ hole for a smooth sale of your house!
