I would like to give CJ Hole and in particular Michael Denham a five star rating for their letting services. The agency was very effective in organising the initial viewing of the property that I subsequently rented. Michael was very responsive to my requests as a tenant and was able to submit my offer straight away and provide exactly what I needed. With excellent communication and organisation skills he successfully managed the process from offer through to my move to the property, always attentive to both mine and the landlord’s requirements.
