A million thank-yous....... Is not enough.We are trying to find the right words to describe the team. From the first day that Donna came to our house we were immediately put at ease.Any questions were quickly answered.With Eva taking charge and Oscar doing the viewings things moved forward at quite a speed. Viewings are easily arranged with plenty of notice. We did have a hiccup but that was due to our buyer..These things happen. We have to say that this team worked extremely hard and within a couple of days have found another buyer for us and saved us from losing the perfect house. Great team. We sold our house twice (one fell through) with CJ Hole Kingswood. Had lots of viewings, quick sale and efficient service. The team communicate well with each other and the client and you feel you are always up to date. They hassled solicitors for us in order to speed the sale along and in general were very supportive. I can't think of anything to fault the team on. It is worth stressing that we sold during the covid-19 lockdown (sale agreed before, and completion in about week 5 of lockdown), which was of course a very stressful time to be selling a house.
