Martin has been our favourite estate agent we found in Bristol so far. He is a really nice guy and has made viewing properties fun and personal. He's made an effort to pay attention to our likes and Dislikes from our first viewing, pointed out the differences in the 2nd and 3rd. Its really nice to have the same person taking that time to make everything that little bit more personal. He always looks smart and does his research before turning up to the property. He even took the time to fathom out the garage on the property which was ace.

New to Bristol and looking for a place to call home we delved into the madness of house buying here. Dealing with numerous brokers over the past two weeks Martin was a breath of fresh air to us. Professional, courteous and knowledgable he took the time to really try and understand what we were looking for. I cannot recommend dealing with him enough and am only sad that he does not have a house listed that meets our needs.

Great team. We sold our house twice (one fell through) with CJ Hole Kingswood. Had lots of viewings, quick sale and efficient service. The team communicate well with each other and the client and you feel you are always up to date. They hassled solicitors for us in order to speed the sale along and in general were very supportive. I can't think of anything to fault the team on. It is worth stressing that we sold during the covid-19 lockdown (sale agreed before, and completion in about week 5 of lockdown), which was of course a very stressful time to be selling a house. The team were great though. It was hit and miss at times, but CJ Hole helped all the way along.
