Two weeks from making an offer on the purchase and having it accepted, to agreeing the sell price and selling our property justifies the accurate and good market value assessment from the team. We are extremely satisfied and thoroughly recommend them.

Our experience with Adam, Donna, Nick, Matt and Jenni was nothing short of fantastic. They worked collaboratively from the viewing process, negotiating the price, through to completion and even ensuring that we settled into our new home after completion. This was not the most straight forward home purchase process as we had to change our mortgage advisor and solicitor and start the process all over, then we were faced with a rather prolonged admin process due to a backlog at the lenders, yet this great team never backed out, they were positive through our challenge and stayed engaged with us and gave other parties a nudge to ensure the process did not stall. They also gave us some bubbly and gift for our new home. We can’t fault the support we received and will recommend them over and over. There may be other staff who got involved in the background whose names we don’t know, we want to use this opportunity to say THANK YOU and that we look forward to doing more business in the future!

Adam, Charlotte and Nick worked efficiently behind the scenes to arrange the mortgage valuation quickly so we can progress. Adam allowed me to view the property last minute so I could measure the rooms was very nice of him.
