Had a viewing with someone called Jess the other day. Very friendly and warm. Took my partner and I through the house and garden and was happy to look up any information they didn't have the answers to for us. Unfortunately the property itself was a lot less promising than it's listing made it out the be but altogether the process of the viewing and booking was made very easy for us and we will definitely be looking at other properties through them again.
