One of the least intuitive websites I have seen.

Awful communication with the rudest letting staff I’ve ever come in contact with

I definitely do not recommend CJ Hole Estate Agents, after being totally mislead & assured over the phone the owners would accept the full asking price, I arranged to view a property which I had to drive 5 hours to view! The erroneous Tom met my Son & I at the property, he was deceitful & totally misrepresented the situation with the property & continued to tell me the owners wanted at least £10k more than the asking price, to say I was livid is an understatement, DO NOT trust what the staff at CJ Hole tell you over the phone or in person! Thankfully we are now dealing with a reputable, reliable Estate Agent & have found a property we prefer… Every cloud has a silver lining & karma comes to mind!! Cynthia James… advising all to seek another Agent!!

No contact despite several attempts, realy disappointing.

Had a viewing booked, it was then cancelled due to snow. However, CJ Hole would not book another day as I was not selling my house through them and we were not on the market yet. Very interesting how it would seem they prefer to stick with buyers who are also selling with them so they can double up on commission and not let the Vendor decide who's offer to accept (whose house it actually is!!) As a landlord myself I will be avoiding CJ Hole and will be avoiding them at all costs

Completely shocking customer service. Me and my girlfriend viewed one of their properties and were told we would meet the landlord to submit an application to live there. Promised a phone call everyday for 5 days, didn't get one Phone call. Rang today and been told the property has been already been gone!!!!!. Me and my girlfriend taken time off work and lost money and not to even get a phone call. Avoid this place at all costs!
