Absolutely shocking service! Phoned 3 weeks ago wanting to view a house in Glenrothes,Myra is the 1 that took the call never has she got back to me,have phoned on several occasions to be hit with Myra is busy or is on another call, still no reply from Myra, surprised Myra still has a job with the amount of complaints about her!

Terrible service! Once - they don't show up at all. Then second time after we have rescheduled, the agent was 15 minutes late, in addition she didn't let current tenants know they were coming. Super awkward, finally said that we won't have access to the property that day and cancelled on the spot. Awful!

Never get back to you regarding any problems. Say one, thing do another. Some of the members of staff can be incredibly rude at times as well. Almost impossible to deal with. Go elsewhere if you want to avoid being belittled and treated like trash.

Not great so far unprofessional a bit on the amateurish side not helpful at all once you have signed for ur property they don't want to know any problems at all beware!! Initial impressions not great give them a miss like I said very unprofessional staff a bit embarrassing to be honest....
