In order for our offer to be accepted on our purchase we were given seven days to sell our home and it wasn't even on the market! My wife Victoria and I were extremely impressed with his attitude, in-depth knowledge and plethora of experience within the industry. Darren called a few hours later to say he had just emailed us a first draught to check all of the information was correct and we were happy (which it was and we were!) and then had our property advertised the same day on multiple platforms. Darren called the following day to say he had several viewings arranged over the next few days, he then proceeded to sell our home on day 6 and above our asking price! The expected moving dates was around 3 months from acceptance, Darren kept us fully informed all along the way of the sale and also our purchase, nudging a few solicitors to hurry up too!
