Not quite what we had hoped for

Very friendly when property first put on the market, they found a buyer who was unable to proceed as had not sold and as they were selling through one of their other branches we felt pur property wasnt being pushed as much as it should have been, was like being reserved, very quiet, no real updates, then when we gave notice to list with another agent, there was interest again. We were told our buyer was a cash buyer, which it turned out not to be. Once a price was agreed it wasnt long before we were being chased to move out of our house even though our buyer wasnt ready, but kept getting told they were by the agent. No communication between exchange until completion day, and as first time sellers we didnt really know what to expect. Also the solicitor recommendation was awful.

I did feel the updates between agreed sale and exchange were fine but we will look into making sure updates are more regular. The solicitors used have now been removed from our panel of experts we recommend to ensure we also work with top professionals to make the sale and buying process as simple as possible.
