We have used Hilbery Chaplin in Laindon a total of 3 times in the last 25 years or so and each time they have been exceptional. The staff are friendly and polite and really do go above and beyond. They were really understanding and helpful during a difficult and stressful time for us and completed our sale with the minimum of fuss.
