LDG estate agents, Lancaster, in my opinion, deserves a glowing review. Their efficiency and professionalism have been truly impressive. Unlike the previous local agents who struggled for two and a half years with only 8 viewings in that time period. LDG estate agents managed to find a buyer within just 5 days of listing the property. It looks very likely indeed that this sale will go through, however, I would be writing this review regardless. Their communication, from literally the moment we walked in the door, to today 5 days after being on the market, has been above and beyond - and not in the pushy “oversell” kind of a way. Very clear, well informed and researched conversations. Night and Day compared to the other agents. I have dealt with many agents over the years in the capacity of selling and buying and being a landlord to even renting at times - LDG come out top of my list. As a customer the thing I appreciate most about my interaction with them is their level of transparency and honesty. This is something sadly lacking in the industry. The level of success that they can clearly market themselves on speaks to their expertise in the field of estate agents. We highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the area. I wanted to give a shout out to each individual we have had contact with but on reflection a shout out to the whole team from Michelle Gallagher down- you all do an amazing job and what has been a very emotional rollercoaster,for me selling the property in question, you have all without exception made this experience a positive one. Fingers crossed the sale goes through - but as already stated my review stands!
