Excellent. I have used a few other agents and to be honest, when I first met this agents representative 18+ months ago, I thought these would be the most unlikely agents to find us tenants and I had already advertised with 3 agents whom I thought were too good. So with that belief I also let Frost advertise our property and to my surprise all the other agents failed and Sinead from the Frost Partnership in Langely found us tenants within 7 days, for 6 month tenancy and she negotiated for us to be paid up front for the whole tenancy period. That tenancy finished in December 2018 and Sinead again found within us new tenants within 7 days of advertising again. I have just done the check-in yesterday. I would recommend this company for firstly, their professionalism and thoroughness with the checks, 2ndly the updates as things progress and last but not least, the quality of the tenants they have found me twice. I also request Frost Partnership to look after Sinead, she is an asset, a brilliant lettings agent and she must be retained at any cost.
