I let my flat through Frost in Staines. Rob Kimber was fantastic, he kept me informed every step of the way. Everything went smoothly for me because Rob dealt with any minor issues promptly and always seemed one step ahead. When he transfered to the Feltham branch he continued to monitor things until the tenant moved in, great service! I have also been very happy with the new lettings team at Staines and would happily use them for future lets.

Thank you so much to the staff at Windsor. Nicola and Chris are always so helpful but particular kudos to Denise for her patience and great communication during a very frustrating sale. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again (although I’m not moving again in a hurry!!

Great service and helpful staff

As a landlord I find Frost efficient and easy to deal with. Since joining Frost Sinead has been a welcome addition to the team of people that I deal with on a regular basis. She is always on hand to answer any queries I might have and deals promptly with all my requests. I have trust in Sinead / Frost to answer and rectify queries and problems on my behalf with regard to my tenancies.

There are not enough words to convey our thanks to Lee Henry, Alison Perchard and the team at Frosts Slough office. The friendly and personal service we received was beyond excellence and although we experienced a few bumps in the road the team pulled out all the stops to make sure our experience was very positive.
