I have been a tenant with Martin and Co since 2012. In order to rate an agent, I reckon communication as one of the main factors that would determine the rating of the agent. As a tenant, all I can say is that unlike other agents, Martin and Co have been well prepared in terms of communication and quick responses. Dealing with Lauren Schofield was impressive, where she responds to my concerns/ maintains requests promptly with a high level of affability and professionalism. Thank you for your quick reply, it has been much appreciated. I would definitely recommend Martin and Co and would definitely come back in the future.
