Excellent customer service

I already had a previous experience with a letting agency when I was in Brighton and I thought I could have some problems or surprises renting a flat again. But having a meeting with Mr Gumbs has been one of the luckiest moment of this renting deal. Due to my job, I used to be talked about customer service and Mr Gumbs, thanks to his smile, his professionalism and his precious way to give best advices about my rent, has surely reached that goal.
