(Please email or call us on 0113 2457175) Your deposit should not take 3 months to return, and we do not have any deposits on-going at the moment that are claiming the full amount as you have advised. It is very unusual that the full deposit is needed unless there is a lot of damage to the property or rent arrears on the account, but I would need to inspect your original inventory and checkout report to be able to help.
