Dear Oksana, I am sorry you were disappointed with our service. Unfortunately we were denied access to the property and therefore had to cancel a group of viewings. This is very frustrating and disappointing for our clients and our team. We had tried to phone but it may be that a digit in the number we had taken down was incorrect as we couldn't get through. Our records show we did email you prior to the appointment but this would have been very short notice. We apologise for the inconvenience.
