Dear Karan, I am very sorry you are not happy with our service. You have not specified what has caused your upset as I would like to address this and help. I can see there was an appointment to meet a team member of Martin & Co today and we arrived ten minutes early and waited for a further 15 minutes after the arranged time at the entrance to the building. The office phoned you to help. You stated you had left. An alternative appointment has been made for today when we will have the opportunity to discuss your concerns.
