Sue is amazing

Sue really helped me and put my mind at ease after a miscommunication over my rent increase. The original agent I spoke to offered me an increase amount and then came back to me with an ven larger asronimical rent increase. She had no empathy or desire to look into the issue for me. However, Sue picked up my concern and took ownership even though it wasn’t her case. She was kind, empathetic, reassuring and went the extra mile for me. She clearly cares. Sue is amazing at service recovery and my faith and trust in Martin and co remains as good as always now.
