Without a doubt the worst agency I have ever come across. I am a landlord and they are meant to be managing a property for me, but have lied on numerous occasions, tried to take commission from a workman I employed directly for work to be carried out on the house, and when I complained and wrote to the Directors, they couldn't even be bothered to acknowledge my complaint or write back. Steer clear and avoid these guys - awful people.
