Been a tenant with Martin & Co for 3 years and happy with the level of service I've received to date. The property is good value for money and important maintenance issues are usually dealt with quickly. I didn't expect that with a landlord living in Monaco. Expensive and convoluted signing system if you're self-employed however, which led to my partner outlaying over £200 to apply, in return for being given consistently vague and opposing information by three different employees. Was a stressful period. HOWEVER, this was partly due to Lauren Schofield being away at the time, who is absolutely the most competent and attentive person I deal with at the agency, so I'm lucky to have her email. Heard good things about Michael too - not had the pleasure yet.
