Thank you for your help with finding and moving into a new home ! And for being so understanding and arranging with me leading to the move :)

Back in 2018 we signed for a property in Rothwell. We had delt with Sue. She was amazing in getting a hassle free tenancy signed for and moved in quickly. During our later months before ending our tenancy, we delt with Haf, absolute cracking agent! If you had a problem, he could and can get it sorted for you! We've since moved out (2023-24) through no fault of the agency or the landlord. We have moved into social housing. Our time has come to an end with Martin & Co. But I'd never hesitate to use their services again! 10 out 10... for service and care. 5* Rating for the agency overall!

We moved into our property in Middleton in August, and while there were some issues, they were not the fault of Martin & Co and they have now been fixed. Our Agent, Haf, has been very helpful and patient with us throughout our time at our property.

I've just bought my first property through martin & co and Nadeem and Kate couldn't have been more helpful and kind. As a first time buyer the process has been very new to me but they have not only been incredibly efficient and knowledgeable but also very empathetic towards me as i was a little overwhelmed at times with the process! From organising a thorough video viewing and putting in an offer right through to completion and key collection, Nadeem and Kate answered countless questions and went out of their way to help me! Highly recommend Martin and Co for their expertise, and smooth and compassionate customer service.

Recently purchased a property through Martin &Co and had a very positive experience with Nadeem Khan. The process was quite complex and under tight timeline and he was very helpful throughout and kept us informed at all times. Would definitely recommend Martin &Co for sales and letting services.

Our Tenancy came to an end with Martin & Co. And all I can say is, the 5 years we was with them, they have been outstanding! Especially Haf and Sue. Sue, we first met signing the tenancy. A wonderful, hassle free service she had provided and very informative. Haf, we only knew for a short time but he was like someone I had know for ages. Very friendly, he would happily talk about anything and any problems you have, he'd get it sorted. Haf and Sue thank you for your service and providing a home. And thank you to the landlord.
