From viewing the property, going through the tenancy agreements, to finally moving in to the flat. The staff made me feel comfortable and they were patient with me throughout the entire process. I had many questions being from a different country but that did not bother the agents at all. Jessica Brady and Talana Nieuwstad were especially helpful throughout the process. A quick note to say how brilliant Hafeez has been since taking over management of my property. Whilst I am very happy with Martin and Co in general, since Hafeez has taken over day to day responsibility it has made my life a lot easier. When a problem occurs he will firstly call, identifying the issue, provided a solution and then follow up with an email. As a landlord this removes the admin burden and I can rely on Hafeez to sort the problem in a time and cost efficient manner.
