As tenants, we've had a really good experience with Redbrick. To begin with, they sorted us out with a really awesome house at a good price in the area we were looking in. This was at really short notice in the lead up to the first lockdown, the property management/application system they use is really good for this as we could do everything online without any issues. Communication throughout the application process was really prompt, and the checklist made it easy to manage what documents we still needed to upload. Our landlord manages the actual maintenance of the house, so I can't comment on the property maintenance side of things. However, our landlord has been pretty awesome with everything and kept us in the loop with any issues we've had in the house. One of the best things I've found about Redbrick is that occasionally I'll receive a message on the property management system, asking if we want some furniture they've got spare in their property network. For example, Matthew had the foresight to ask us if we want a free sofa bed that our neighbors, who were also managed by Redbrick, were wanting to get rid of. We just happened to be looking for sofa beds online so this helped us out massively, thank you Matthew for that one. I've rented all across North Leeds using many different agencies and Redbrick have been my favourite by far. I also appreciate how you are just left to be in peace to settle into your new place, but if you ever need to get in contact about something then you can easily log into your Redbrick account and send them a message, getting a prompt response. So, thank you everyone at Redbrick for making the process of renting stress free (as it should be!)
