Firstly I had a lovely phone conversation with Joy, who was super friendly and helped us find properties that would suit what we wanted. She was extremely helpful and her positive energy gave us a really hopeful start to finding a property. I also spoke to Joy on the web chat, which is really helpful and really convenient! On the viewing day we met Alex who was extremely friendly and we felt like we knew him for years after the viewing was done. Alex also took us to each property that we were viewing, which was very kind of him. Trying to find a home can be really daunting but exciting at the same time, and Alex was full of energy and positivity. This really settled my nerves as I felt like we were in good hands! Alex’s positivity, welcoming and chatty vibe really made us feel excited about finding a home. We also felt like we could be honest with Alex if we didn’t like a property, as there is nothing worse than feeling forced to say you like something when you really don’t! We also felt like Alex cared about finding us a home we will love, as we have had experiences with other agents who only seemed to care about the money aspect and not about us. Alex also knowledgeable about the properties we viewed , which is always helpful!
