Hi Ollie, as with my reply to your housemate Oliver Johnson, your experience at Ebberston Terrace really was not the best and I take it on the chin as we definitely made errors. Like I said to Oliver, although you received a rent rebate and deposit rebate, what would have been good would have been if the issues had not happened in the first place, and when they did arise, we had dealt with them more efficiently.
