I have been impressed with the efficiency of Redbrick in solving maintenance issues. Their maintenance manager Teresa has been particularly helpful in sorting out problems we have had. For example there was an issue with our washer dryer, and after contacting Teresa, an engineer was sent around the following day. Teresa is also very good at replying to emails, even outside of working hours ( I received a reply to an email from her past 9pm!).
