Its rare that local agencies actually care fof feedback and if they do, it's even more rare that they don't just shrugg it off as a half-witted apology. Although my experience with Redbrick hadn't been promising at the beginning (not entirely their fault) they listened to concerns and acted promptly. Communication has been good and they're proactive in ever improving as a business. This is from what I've gathered over the last few days. It's a shame I couldn't find anything but I'm sure if I did then they would have been fantastic agents.
