I am a doctor looking for a property near a hospital. Arranged a viewing of a property at a time that had to be negotiated to suit the agent. Rang to confirm the viewing was still on 2 days in advance and was assured that it was. Arrived at property at arranged time to find no one there. When I rang, Redbrick Properties said they had no viewing arranged in their diary and that the property had already been let. Exceptionally disappointed with their poor organisation and communication.

Hi Original Newdle. I've been going through our reviews and just seen this from 2016!!! Apologies for this experience you had with Redbrick Properties back then. A lot has changed in the 8 years since this happened, such as management and staff etc. Is there any chance you would be able to remove this review as it really does not reflect the company Redbrick Properties is today in any way? I would be horrified if this happened to one of our viewers today, so can only apologise for the way the previous Redbrick Properties treated you. All the best :)
