the staff that work for redbrick are the reason I'm still with them... everyone is polite friendly and personable... the new communication system set up is great for quick and easy correspondence although whenever I have had a query I have spoken via phone or email... never had any issues getting in touch with someone... any issues/problems that have arisen (which have been few) Teresa Gray has resolved without hassle again providing great communication and she left me feeling like she genuinely wants to do best for the tenants which is the reason I will most likely stay with redbrick in the future
