Martin & Co has been incredibly helpful since taking over the management of our property. Previously, the former management team was unresponsive and ineffective in addressing issues at our rented home, particularly when it came to communicating necessary repairs to the landlord. However, with the appointment of Nikola as our property manager, the experience has significantly improved. Nikola has demonstrated outstanding professionalism and dedication in managing our home. Her proactive communication between us and the landlord has been exemplary, ensuring that all of our concerns are promptly addressed. Thanks to her efforts, all outstanding issues have been resolved efficiently, restoring our confidence in the management of the property.
