Sending unhappy and clearly overworked staff who are ready to argue with you is not a good representation. I agreed to 12.30 viewing that was originally offered. I was not given a full address. I called the office numerous times for that address to which I was not given still and when I arrived at the hair dressers on the photos of the property on Uppingham road, I called again, still no answer. When I did meet with the agent luckily later than the time agreed felt as if the agent was in an hurry, every time I asked a question I was met with dismissive, argumentative behaviour. She was extremely defensive I felt pressured to make a decision in the hostile environment she created. I will not be going ahead as result of your staffs behaviour.

Do not go anywhere near them , so unhelpful in every way , blatant liars

Waste of time. I have booked a flat viewing 2 days ago for today 2 pm. Shared mine and my husband's details. We turned up and no one was here, when we rang, we were told the flat is taken and apparently we have been updated. Do not even bother.

Avoid renting with them. Immersion in the water tank broke down and Martin & Co send a technician that after couple of visits did not fix it. I warned Martin & Co that if the boiler were to break down (is an old one), I would have no hot water, but they disregard my email. 4 weeks after that the boiler broke down. I told them there is no hot water in the apartment but after a week they have done nothing and I am still with no hot water. When I meal them they reply with excuses saying they are tracking down the contractors to get an estimate or that they have contacted the landlord but got an out of office reply. Avoid Martin & Co at all cost, they don't care about you they just care about not upsetting the landlord. Check their reviews in Trustpilot for more accurate ones

I’ve got a viewing appointment at 16:30 and received a call on 16:29 saying the tenants hasn’t allowed the viewing for today abd they are very sorry for the short notice and the inconvenience and as a compensation they will arrange a viewing for the next day. On the next day, on my way for the viewing, I called them to double check for the viewing when they told me the property has been gone. Poor communication, unprofessional management and unacceptable behavior
