Omg, boiler broke down on the coldest day of the year. I spoke to Sarah, Courtney and Danny the gas engineer and had the most fabulous customer service ever. Danny facetimed me (bless him- had had to look at my morning face) after Courtney called him out and explained the issue. Danny talked me through it and I fixed it in ten seconds instead of him having to come all the way out. I am so genuinely pleased with this service. Thanks for coming to work today.
