No idea how to do his job, no communication, lied constantly, terrible experience. Wasted 4 months of my life and multiple hundreds of pounds of my money. Seller pulled out ultimately and spoke to Umed branch manager and Kelly, even further up the line. They don’t care, no apology for lack of professionalism.Looked at properties in other areas and seems Chancers are well known for being dreadful and providing bad experiences.Save yourself, don’t use them. Disgusted with the experience.
