Holly and her team at Chancellors Lightwater office handled our house purchase 8 years ago when we moved into the village and subsequently, our recent sale of the same property. On both occasions all administrations were carried out very professionally and without delay. We were kept informed of all developments promptly and always had the impression that our sale/purchase was important to them, as well as us. We cannot recommend them highly enough. If only all estate agents were like this !
