during the Six months of our tenancy Chancellors have managed to consistently beat their own low standards of customer service time and time again, frankly it’s been easily the worst experience we have ever had from any company ever, and really considering the competition that is some going. However through an almost dogged determination to screw up even the smallest details their apparently handpicked team of helmet wearing, crayon eating, window licking, retards managed outstanding and amazingly consistent levels of incompetence and rudeness that are in my experience unequaled. To be quite honest almost every interaction with Chancellors was frankly eye wateringly painful, and despite the fact it cost us a considerable sum to move we couldn’t be happier that we will never have to deal with you or your flock of half-witted incompetents again. I have to admit I went through the entire gamut of emotions during the short time we have had to deal with them, starting most obviously with Anger and moving through Confusion, Disenchantment, Disbelief and finally this kind of dazed relief that it’s nearly over, although I am still amazed that they are managing to continue to operate.
